This policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions of the Application hosted at [ Terms of Use ] outlines the Application’s privacy practices regarding the collection, use and safeguard of your information through the Application and the services offered thereupon. This Privacy Policy additionally governs our data collection and data storing practices in connection with electronic medical records (opd,ipd,medical history,reports) a feature in ioncare that enables users to store and share their health data with doctors.

The Application implements reasonable security practices and procedures and has a comprehensive documented information security programme and information security policies that contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of Application’s business. The reasonable security practices and procedures implemented by the Application include but are not limited to: encrypting data when it is on the move using industry standard practices, keeping all the data within private cloud, regularly changing production keys and password, secure and very limited access to all production servers, performing regular security updates on our servers and more.
